- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Minimum order quantities vary based on bottle format and label type. We can produce branded bottles in smaller runs for one-time events and larger ongoing quantities for hotels, restaurants, and recurring business use. Share your expected volume when you reach out and we'll confirm what's available.
- What bottle formats are available for private label?
- We offer private-label options in individual-serve sizes (typically 8 oz, 12 oz, and 16.9 oz) as well as some larger formats. Individual-serve bottles are most common for hotel amenities, real estate showings, and event distributions. We'll confirm available formats when we discuss your order.
- How long does it take to get custom-labeled bottles?
- Label production typically takes one to two weeks after your artwork is approved. Delivery on top of that depends on order size and your location. Plan for two to three weeks from artwork submission to bottles in hand for a standard order. Rush timelines may be possible — ask when you reach out.
- Is this available for a one-time event, or only for ongoing orders?
- Both. We do one-time private-label orders for events, product launches, and special occasions, as well as ongoing orders for hotels, restaurants, and businesses that use branded water as part of their regular guest experience. Minimum quantities apply in both cases.
