Water coolers that
run themselves.
Bottleless water coolers for South Florida offices, break rooms, waiting areas, and commercial spaces. Filtered, cold, and always available — without the logistics of managing bottle inventory.
Bottleless vs. traditional.
Both solve the same problem. The right choice depends on how much water your team uses, whether your space has a water line nearby, and how much management you want to hand off.
Bottleless (Point-of-Use)
Connects directly to your building water line and filters on-site. Best for high-usage offices, spaces with reliable water line access, and businesses that want to eliminate the bottle swap entirely.
- No bottles to store or swap
- Continuous filtered water supply
- Lower ongoing cost for heavy users
- Cold, hot, and ambient dispensing options
Traditional Bottle Cooler
Uses 3- or 5-gallon bottles delivered on a schedule. Best for smaller offices, locations without a nearby water line, or businesses that prefer bottled water as their primary drinking water source.
- Works anywhere — no plumbing needed
- Bottled water quality at the tap
- Works with our scheduled delivery service
- Good fit for smaller teams
Built for commercial use.
- Corporate offices
- Break rooms
- Medical waiting areas
- Law and accounting firms
- Real estate offices
- Coworking spaces
- Building lobbies
- Retail back-of-house
Water coolers, answered.
- What's the difference between a bottleless cooler and a traditional one?
- A traditional cooler uses 3- or 5-gallon bottles that need to be swapped when empty. A bottleless (point-of-use) cooler connects directly to your building's water line and filters it on-site — no bottles to manage, no running out between deliveries. For most offices, bottleless is cleaner, more cost-effective, and less logistically demanding.
- Is installation included when I set up a water cooler with 305 H₂O?
- Yes. We handle delivery and installation. Bottleless units require a nearby water line connection; we'll assess the placement when we set up your account and confirm any requirements before the installation date.
- Do you service and maintain the cooler after installation?
- Yes. Ongoing maintenance — filter changes, sanitization, and equipment checks — is part of the service. We'll schedule maintenance around your business hours so there's minimal disruption to your team.
- What happens if we move offices?
- We can move the cooler with you. Just let us know about the move as early as possible so we can coordinate the reinstallation at your new location. There's no penalty for relocating within our service area.
