- Is there a minimum order for event water?
- We work with events across a range of sizes. Reach out with your event details — date, location, estimated headcount, and format — and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate and what a minimum order looks like for your situation.
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- For larger events or custom orders (including private-label bottles), we recommend reaching out at least two to three weeks in advance. For standard bottled water delivery to a venue, shorter lead times may be possible depending on our schedule. Don't wait — South Florida's event calendar fills up, especially in season.
- Can we get custom-labeled bottles with our event or company name?
- Yes. Custom-labeled bottles are available through our private-label service. We can produce bottles branded with your event name, company logo, or sponsor branding. Lead time for label production is typically one to two weeks. See our private-label page for more detail.
- Do you set up hydration stations at the venue?
- Yes. For larger outdoor events, we can arrange self-service hydration stations with dispensers and cups. We'll coordinate logistics with your event manager to determine placement, setup timing, and whether we handle breakdown at the end of the event.
